At pregnancy week 6 your baby is now about a quarter of an inch long and beginning to develop the eyes and ears. Your baby's heart has developed and is beating 100 to160 times per minute, which is twice as fast as yours! You will continue to feel tired and may beginning having some morning sickness. You may be craving certain foods, while the very thought or smell of others will make you even more nauseous.
